“Nice looking well made lamp. east to fit but no fixing kit supplied and because the slotted holes are large standard screw heads are inadequate as a washer needs to be used or screw heads slip through the slot. The lamp can be angled easily but when angled more sharply the PIR fails to pick up beyond 5.8 meters (not 12m as indicated) but is okay when the lamp isn't angled. The 3 setting potentiometers for distance lumens and time are clear and very simple to adjust, let's hope it survives the 5 year warranty period!”

“It's a floodlight with a PIR. When the PIR sees something emitting infrared it lights the lamp. The timer (adjustable) starts and turns the light off some time later. There's also a setting for when it's daylight or dark, so the PIR doesn't activate during the day. It just works.”
