“My order of 2 tubes though appearing well packed but on opening found both broken. I lmmediatey informed lamp on line who agreed immediately to promptly re supply. Replacements arrived less than 24 hrs packed exactly the same but in perfect order. I was just unluckily. No problem with reordering thru Lamponline”

“Cheap, but a few pointers: These are not the same as the old model. They are glass not plastic now. First delivery turned up smashed but replaced without issue. However; note that these buzz quite loudly, unlike the old version! Annoying!!”
