“This purchase was to replace a 33 year old fluorescent fitting in my garage which had failed. The batten itself was easy to screw in place, but based on past experience I wasn't looking forward to fitting the 6 foot long tubes, because one's arms are just not long enough when working alone. However, the sockets at either end with their twist locks were very simple to use.”

“I had a slight problem of one of the elements did not work. Lampshop sent me a replacement without delay and not having send non functioning element back to them. Pleased to say ok now and would recommend using this company.”

“It took three deliveries to get the two LED battens that I ordered in an unbroken condition. There needs to be some way of improving the transport of these items as the glass tube encasing the LEDs is thin walled and easily damage. The glass tube is packed in a stiff cardboard sleeve that is then well bubble wrapped but without any labeling to say "Fragile" this resulted in two failed deliveries. Lampshoponline was faultless in quickly dispatching replacement items.”
