“The two bulbs arrived promptly but in a large padded Jiffy bag which allowed them to move out of the interior packaging. One of the cardboard boxes holding the bulb was crushed, but I have checked the bulb (not removed the plastic sleeve) and it appears okay. I won't be using the bulb until my present bulb dies on me .... so just hope that its okay. If it isn't then I shall be in touch with you. In future please secure all loose bulbs with either a rubber band or sellotape to prevent them from escaping the inner bubble wrap.”
