“Ordered on 17 November expecting delivery on 18 November (having placed the order before the shut-off time for same day despatch, and paid extra for next day delivery). When nothing arrived, I called customer services and spoke to a very surly-sounding lady who informed me that the order was being despatched 'today'. When I asked why I'd not had any email confirmation of this, she told me that 'the system only updates overnight' so I should get the email confirmation the morning of the 19th. 19th November, no email (yes I have checked the spam folder), and no delivery. I suggest that the surly customer services lady should try looking for a job where she does not have to talk to customers. I'd give zero stars out of five if I could.”
