“The order was delivered quickly but the bulbs were found not to be the golfball type illustrated on the website, although they were of the correct rating and cap type so are usable. I contacted lampshoponline sales to advise them of this and suggest they have a responsibility to accurately describe the goods on sale but have not had any acknowledgement so far.”

“Excellent service from lampshop all arrived on time and intact. But packaging was poor so bulbs could have broken in transit. I'd order some small corrugated boxes to pack rather than jiffy bags. SWPackaging do small runs. Really appreciated the pressie.... a fridge bulb. Thank you.”
