“Unfortunately just 2 stars from me. Why? The 1st light bulb came in pieces, was broken. Very nice customer service, have sent me another one. Guess what? It has came in ,but is not working, it wasn’t broken , it just doesn’t switch on .”

“I bought 4 replacement bulbs. They were dispatched and arrived very quickly. They work well, in a kitchen area. However, unfortunately 1 of the 4 was broken when it arrived (presumably damaged in transit). I contacted the company who dispatched a replacement immediately which arrived next day. Sadly that was also broken, but a further replacement was sent and arrived the next day,this time intact. I have nothing but praise for the company.”

“This was my second purchase of bulbs from Lamp Shop the first being absolutely fine. This time one of the bulbs was delivered broken into many pieces! I have requested a replacement and this has been confirmed.”
