“We moved into this property 18 years ago and had this lamp type installed into down lighters.This is the first time I have had to replace lamps , which I think is very good .Thinking that this lamp type would be now redundant, I searched and found this supplier .Ordered the lamps and unfortunately one was broken (be aware that these lamps are very fragile )Spoke with a very nice guy who has sent a replacement not yet received.So no real problem .Should these last 18 years then I think I should get someone to install them as I shall be 93????”
