“I ordered 15 T5 8 watt tube lights around New Year's Day but in the absence of an emailed acknowledgement I wasn't sure the order had been placed. The online chat was closed so I sent a message via the website to ask for confirmation of my order. Having heard nothing my only means of knowing was the amount appearing on my credit card statement on 03 January so I hoped the lights were on their way. I received two emails early on 08 January asking me to review the product which I felt was slightly premature but thankfully the parcel was delivered 4 hours after the first email. It may be a hiccup in the system that prevented an acknowledgement being sent so my review is not meant as a criticism but as a new customer I felt I was in limbo for a while. As to the tube lights, they are perfect replacements for the ones in our kitchen which failed at the end of 2018 and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Lamp Shop Online in the future.”
