I am sorry you have found the colour to be different from the website. Having spoke with the support team they have informed me that they did email asking for an image of what you had received so they could look into this further but you have since now returned the item.
Once we receive this item back your refund will be processed.

“Somewhat disappointed. See photos below. I have emailed to ask for comments on the faulty chair but haven’t received a response as yet. I had hoped to hear before posting this review!! Faults are a cut in the leather arm, poor finish on stitches on back corner and tiny scratch marks and another mark on one chrome leg. Any response would be welcome. Thanks”
