“The chair itself feels nice and comfortable, easy to put together and delivery was quick. There are however some chips to the chrome edges of the armrest and height adjuster and the castors looked like they had already been fitted to another chair, as there were scuffsand floor marks around each castors circumference and the packaging had all been opened prior to me opening the box.”

“It’s a great chair but I had to cut the sidearm securing bolts to the required length and there was no Allen key included to tighten them up. But it went together okay and now works/looks good”

“Seems pretty good quality, but we've essentially paid an extra £100 more than I would have having sourced a similar chair from any of the other manufacturers out there, just because this particular chair has chrome castors (although still black plastic on view, which we were aware of). The colour of the brown leather is also darker than expected, as we were expecting more of a tan-brown colour. I'm less concerned about this personally, but my wife is not a fan of the chair at all as she thinks it looks cheap and ugly. That's maybe a conflict between ourselves however!”
