Are the pictures an accurate refelection of the product
“It's a really neat little chair with a great look and I'm sure it will be comfortable. However, the lack of any instructions is a drawback and I am awaiting guidance from you. Also the metal circular piece that covers the top of the legs is in my case rather dented (this will not affect the function so I wont bother sending the piece back but it's disappointing)”

I am sorry the assembly instructions were not included and also the circular piece is dented.
Can I ask you to please email the support team along with your delivery post code and they will be happy to help and send you the instructions via email. Can you also include any images of the circular piece and they can also look into this also. Their turn around with emails is quick so you should hear back within the hour after you have emailed.
