“The seat adjuster is very poor. After adjusting the tilt.of the sit,ni was expecting this position to be held. It doesn't, it just rocks back and forth. The adjuster is cheap plastic and resembles a Hoover pipe. I urgently needed a chair and couldn't waste time returning so now I am stuck with this terrible chair.”
