“Two on line messages this week - still waiting for a response. Telephoned yesterday - no one available due to staff training. A damaged item only obvious when the parasol was put together. Clearly not checked pre to being despatched. Would like collection and replacement at the same time. Please contact me to arrange.”

I do apologise that on receiving the parasol you have found it to be damaged. We do close over the weekend and we did have a staff training session last week. If you could please email support@lakeland-furniture.co.uk where a member of the team will be happy to rectify this for you today. The turnaround for a response from ourselves is usually under an hour. Please also include your delivery post code and the image of the damage.
