“Beautiful chairs... however quite difficult to get set up! The screws for the front of the chair are too short. Managed to get them tightened if you push down very hard! Couldn't fit the washers on, so just had to do without. Once a helping hand was there to sit on the chair to hold it down, we eventually managed to get the bolts on. Now they are made, they look lovely :)”

Packaging terrible (incredibly weak carton with products received protruding, and nowhere near enough internal protection to stop products rubbing) hence small flaws which I will live with due to the price advantage over John Lewis' products. If you want a perfect product then go elsewhere and probably pay more.”
