“I ordered two Garden Umbrellas. They both arrived with a broken plastic collar that sits between the top and bottom pole when connected. I e-mailed them and they quickly arranged to send new ones which arrived two day's later. This gave me the impression that this breakage - which they blamed on the delivery company - happens a lot. What irks me is that there was no hint of an apology of regret for my inconvenience in their e-mail a matter which I pointed out was missing and was subsequently added.”
