Are the pictures an accurate refelection of the product
“Light base. Not much seat width. One base scratched. Was missing x1 seat on initial order. Eventually rectified but with no apology or gesture of goodwill even though a price reduction of 25% was offered on line (black Friday) the day after I ordered. Seemed to be only interested in me returning item of which the customer has to pay for. Would not use this company again.”

I sincerely apologise that on delivery of your items you found a seat to be missing from the packaging and a base scratched.
Having spoke to the support team they have informed me they have replaced the missing seat but have said in your email there was no mention of the scratched base and therefore ask for you to please email them along with an image of the scratch so they can look into this. I hope this information helps.

“Really excited about receiving the stools because I've just had a new kitchen fitted. But when I opened them I found that the stitching on one of the sits was undone!! The stools themselves are very comfortable and just what I wanted, but just very disappointed about the fact that one of them is faulty! I'm just worried that over time more of the stitching is going to come undone now that a bit is loose! Is there please a way you can resolve this? Thanks Zoe Bosworth”
