“The product’s great. It’s already on my outdoor table; easy to apply and looks good. Delivery was a nightmare. FedEx attempted delivery while we were out, left a card saying they’d retry the next day. Then sent a message to say I needed to collect from a local convenience store instead. When I showed up at the convenience store they said they didn’t do FedEx and denied all knowledge of my parcel. Cue several phone calls with Kettler and FedEx and FedEx reissuing a barcode to the convenience store. Sarah from Kettler office was great, fabulous customer service. FedEx a complete nightmare with no customer helpline.”
