“Forced purchase as once again , my current luggage wasn't the right size for the requirements of a particular airline. Works well with the expanable portion being significant. Took advantage of blue light discount , and free delivery. Would purchase again”

“Unfortunately, after first use on flight to US, the case did not withstand the journey and had signs of damage around the wheels. See photo attached. Very disappointed as not confident we can use case again. Would be grateful to hear regarding 10 year guarantee and next steps”
