“Purchased a brand new suitcase for 14 yr old daughters American Exchange trip, sadly she arrived with one less wheel attached to the case! I know baggage handlers can be rough, but I’ve never lost a wheel on one journey before. I’m upset, as she is travelling without family across few States and this is really going to hinder her journey.”
