“Love the lightweightness of this case. I have a small in a slightly different design and it's perfect for train travel. The small even when FULL, is easy to get in the overhead storage on trains. Looking forward to travelling with this new case. Like the addition of 2extra pockets on the internal zip section. Smooth zips are also easy for opening and closing. Keep up making quality luggage”

“The case itself is fine, well made etc. However it is a totally different size (smaller) than the last medium plus case bought just a couple of months before. You should not assume that because the case is called medium plus they are all the same size.”

“Forced purchase as once again , my current luggage wasn't the right size for the requirements of a particular airline. Works well with the expanable portion being significant. Took advantage of blue light discount , and free delivery. Would purchase again”

“Unfortunately, after first use on flight to US, the case did not withstand the journey and had signs of damage around the wheels. See photo attached. Very disappointed as not confident we can use case again. Would be grateful to hear regarding 10 year guarantee and next steps”
