“As a seasoned Lead Auditor, this course offers the history of Quality and how far it has come in the Pharmaceutical world, a review of the key GMP/ISO standards and new techniques/ways to audit a QMS. I attended this course on line but it was well led and delivered. The instructors had a great way of keeping everyone involved and were extremely supportive. I would recommend this course to anyone new or experienced in auditing.”

“Although from Australia, I did not think it may be as relevant to me. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at how relevant it was, and how relatable it was to PIC/S guidelines and my work. So good infact that I did not have trouble staying awake from 8pm to 4:30am to attend virtual live session). It was an extremely interactive class (once you get past Day 1 which is a lot of information and background that is later applicable to understanding GMP). The tutors (Matt, Ruth and Richard) swapped around the class at intervals and stepped in if anyone had any technical issues (extremely rare but good to know they were sell-supported). They kept it lively and entertaining, but more importantly they were there to help us at every moment, especially supervising us when we were conducting trial audits or when we had to break-out into virtual rooms for an exercise. I LOVED that the video was on, and it was a real-time two-way conversation with any of the tutors, or the entire class, or individual students if you wanted. With only a small class in attendance, we had the tutors full attention (no sneaking and hiding in the back row in this class). Highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to develop their auditing knowledge and learn to better plan and conduct audits, and write reports. Also think QA, QA, and GMP-relevant Managers (such as people in Operations, Production, QA, Facility Management, etc ) could potentially really benefit from a course like this.”

“This is an outstanding training course packed full of interesting content and delivered by the very engaging Inspired Pharma team. “I attended the Lead Auditor training course in October 2022 and found the course to be very informative and engaging. The tutors were amazing and had extensive knowledge in the quality field which was shown throughout their presentations during the five-day course. They were always happy to answer questions and to explain things further if required and they broke the ice and made us all feel comfortable quite quickly. It is an intense course but definitely worth the knowledge, experience and qualification you will gain at the end.”
