“Although from Australia, I did not think it may be as relevant to me. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at how relevant it was, and how relatable it was to PIC/S guidelines and my work. So good infact that I did not have trouble staying awake from 8pm to 4:30am to attend virtual live session). It was an extremely interactive class (once you get past Day 1 which is a lot of information and background that is later applicable to understanding GMP). The tutors (Matt, Ruth and Richard) swapped around the class at intervals and stepped in if anyone had any technical issues (extremely rare but good to know they were sell-supported). They kept it lively and entertaining, but more importantly they were there to help us at every moment, especially supervising us when we were conducting trial audits or when we had to break-out into virtual rooms for an exercise. I LOVED that the video was on, and it was a real-time two-way conversation with any of the tutors, or the entire class, or individual students if you wanted. With only a small class in attendance, we had the tutors full attention (no sneaking and hiding in the back row in this class). Highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to develop their auditing knowledge and learn to better plan and conduct audits, and write reports. Also think QA, QA, and GMP-relevant Managers (such as people in Operations, Production, QA, Facility Management, etc ) could potentially really benefit from a course like this.”

“This is an outstanding training course packed full of interesting content and delivered by the very engaging Inspired Pharma team. Myself and two of my team attended the course and all of us came away feeling we'd learnt lots, and had tonnes of fun in the process. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who is or will take on regular external auditing as (part of) their role to develop their knowledge and skills.”

“I attended the Lead Auditor training course in October 2022 and found the course to be very informative and engaging. The tutors were amazing and had extensive knowledge in the quality field which was shown throughout their presentations during the five-day course. They were always happy to answer questions and to explain things further if required and they broke the ice and made us all feel comfortable quite quickly. It is an intense course but definitely worth the knowledge, experience and qualification you will gain at the end.”

“Thanks to the tutors who made this course so interesting and helped build confidence with engaged learning.....It was extremely informative & interactive. “My name is Colette, and I work as a Quality Professional in the Biopharmaceutical industry. I completed the Inspired Pharma Lead Auditor 5-day course in Nov 2022. It was a fantastic experience that I enjoyed and the tutors - Dominic, Matt, Richard and Ruth are all highly experienced and energetic professionals who make the learning experience enjoyable. The class size was good to allow for interactive discussions and the inclusion of all. I enjoyed the training as it was not just presentation slides as you see on some courses, which do not appreciate all learning styles. There was the theory presented by the different presenters and exercises as you go the course along to reinforce learning. There was an audit simulation to put into practice the learnings of the week There were plenty of small exercises and interactions between team members to reinforce learning and lead to lively debate. This is useful as everyone had varying levels of experience, working in different areas/specialities and the interaction facilitated learning new information more readily. As Emily Weiss quoted 'Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you then learn from them '. I recommend the Inspire Pharma course for new auditors or auditors who want to refresh their skills and knowledge. I wish everyone at Inspired Pharma the very best wishes in their future endeavours :-)”
