“Feels too generic and non-specific to the needs of individual employees in specific roles. A catch all training exercise. It's also too samey visually to all the other I2Comply training materials I've done. As a teacher I'd be embarrassed if I was expecting my students to actually learning from such material.”

Dear Ben Thanks for the feedback on the GDPR course, we always appreciate it. Goodness me, you have given us a lot to think about and talk about. It is true that the course content is generic and is aimed at people working in a wide range of jobs. To some extent, this leaves it for the learner to apply the knowledge to their own environment. We do offer a GDPR course that is aimed specifically at schools - you might want to mention that to your HR team. I will remind our contact in your organisation about the existence of this course. We have a house style and we think it is important that we adhere to that. When information is presented consistently, learners know what to expect and can navigate more easily. This aids in comprehension and knowledge retention. However, it is understandable that a learner who does a lot of courses in a short period of time might experience visual fatigue with the style. “The training covers a suitable level of content. One question leaves some ambiguity, I think it's number 14, referring to a Marketing company. It's plausible that the question could refer to external people that they train, rather than internal. It's a fair assumption that it's addressing internal staff, but this could be made more clear.”
