“One of the questions in my test was ambiguous and, in my opinion as a Certified DPO, the correct answer was wrong. The question was regarding a lost laptop of a catering company which contained dietary requirements for 100 clients (not defined as individuals or groups), which the test stated did not need to be notified to the ICO as a breach. I would argue that health and religious (special category data) may be taken from dietary requirements of individuals, and the breach would then be reportable to the ICO. I suggest a review of wording for clarity.”
