Overall, the course was excellent. The only feedback I have relates to a specific question in the "The 8 rights of data subjects" section (Page 14 of 19) The question was as follows: When an individual makes a written data subject access request about information which also involves another person, does the data controller have to comply with the request? - Yes, the data controller must comply with the request - No, the data controller can refuse to comply with the request - Maybe - the data controller has to balance the needs of the data subject with the rights of the other individual concerned I initially put "No" as my answer before discovering the correct answer was "Maybe". I think the wording of the question is ambiguous, because "No" is technically the correct answer; the data controller can refuse to comply with the request. However, it fails to clarify that the data controller must explain the reason behind their refusal, which would come as a result of balancing the needs of one data subject against the rights of another (as explained in the "Maybe" answer). I think the question and potential answers could be redesigned to account for this ambiguity and ensure more complete learning outcomes.
