“To long and drawn out”

Sorry to hear that you found the training too long. The DSE course takes approximately two hours to complete, and we appreciate that this can feel like a significant time commitment when you have other work to get on with. However, the course is designed to help you develop healthier working habits and make simple adjustments to your workstation that can have a real, lasting impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. We hope you found the content useful and that you can take away some practical tips to support your health and comfort at work. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
