“I do not agree that working with DSE doesn't cause damage to eyes. I was furloughed during Covid and my eyesight significantly improved while being off and then got worse again when going back to working at a screen.”

Hi Lesley-Ann Thanks for the feedback on the DSE Awareness course, we always appreciate it. All the advice from appropriate authorities, like RNIB and HSE, says that computer screens do not cause permanent damage but can cause temporary discomfort. But, of course, you should discuss your experience with an optician - hopefully they can help reduce problems caused by close screen work. Kind regards, i2Comply team
