“The training allowed me to observe how my desk is positioned, and how I currently get comfortable before working on it, when using display screen equipment. Given the continual reminder to assess the current positioning of where in the room my desk is, the layout of where the display screen equipment (and other supporting equipment) is on my desk, and how I sit and position myself when using a chair suitable for sitting in front of a desk, I now have a gentle guide to look back on to improve my health and way of working, going forward.”
