“Great features and well made but let down by clunky software. Really need to do some UAT and tidy up the remote. A little disappointed with the purchase as I was hoping it would be a big improvement on the DTRT1000. Particularly the remote setting of recordings which only work on the local network. Ridiculous!”
“Bought this recorder as an upgrade for a previous recorder which we got from Humax. ( which is still going strong) it arrived the next day. Very pleased with the added functions, recording four programs at once. Great company to deal with.”

“Awaiting a new aerial, having been told that the signal was not strong enough.
I bought a new signal booster, which was no help, and if this aerial does not work, I shall send the machine back to you.
There are other pvr makes on ebay/richer, and so will try them.”
“I wish i had kept my sky Q box. The recorder locks up every night after we have put it in standby so does not record some of the programs we have set. The next day we have to unplug it and plug back in to start using it. I have contacted Humax who said they would replace it but 2 weeks on and still no sign of another box.”
“Bought to link up with an LG cinebeam projector I have checked out Freeview tv, streaming apps , & recording against picture and sound quality. All very satisfactory. Remote control can lag for a few seconds not a serious problem. My only criticism relates to the 3 tuners which seems an overprovision.”
