“What an utterly useless item!! Works for about 4 hours if you're lucky then the sound goes completely, shortly followed by total loss of picture. Factory reset works but just get a repeat of the same. I would NEVER buy another product from these bunch of cowboys (particularly as they know this scenario is a very common occurrence)! So called customer service is nothing short of diabolical - they pretend to arrange collection of the useless item in an effort to circumvent legislation (Distance Selling and Faulty goods) which they then rearrange (meaning you'll spend at least 2 days sitting at home). The only way to get a refund is to make a claim with your Credit Card supplier.”
