“After less than a month of use, "On Demand" service is unreliable. Initially, it would drop out for no apparent reason, and would only connect again after several attempts at unplugging and reconnecting the LAN cable. Now it will not connect at all . I am very disappointed, and will now look for a means to register a fault with the box.”
“I've been using Humax for 10 years and the original unit is still going strong and has been donated to a charity. I have a 1TB recorder which is excellent and this receiver has gone in the bedroom. Sky offers a lot more, but there simply aren't enough hours in the day to watch it all. Also, Sky is mega expensive! For a free service, Freesat HD is excellent and growing in popularity. I think Humax is the only equipment to consider. Buying direct from Humax offers excellent value and special offers make it even better. I've no plans to buy elsewhere.”
“very easy to use machine with built in wifi, the only issue is when suppling to older people the tv button at top is usually pushed by mistake and they wonder why nothing works. also the red standby blue on led could be a little brighter”
