“Very unpredictable. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it doesn’t. Tried to phone to return item but couldn’t get through. Sent email asking to return item but no reply. So stuck with item that doesn’t always work. Very bad service.”

“Arrived ok, menus pretty straight forward, only issue is the sound goes off occasionally when connected with HDMI so had to wire with a scart lead instead, would have returned if it wasn’t cheaper”
“Ordered for my mum. Item arrived faulty, after walkthrough on phone with technical help, they agreed to replace the HD Recorder. Heard nothing back, phoned again, told there are none in stock and swapping to a different model and paying extra not possible, I could just buy another one though! Still waiting for Humax to pick up the broken box and THEY STILL HAVE MY MUM´S MONEY a month later.”
