“Have had a Humax for the last 8 years, decided to go HD, again very pleased with the product, the only reservation where my last Humax was left on constantly the new one has to be re-started every day & takes a while to boot up.Apart from that, very pleased.”

Easy to instal and to operate once you have used it a few times, A most useful feature is the ability to pause when the phone rings and the varied programmes stored mean that one is never short of programmes to watch. Excellent value and excellent delivery service. In the past I have encountered problems within guarentee periodd and a new Humax has been delivered and the old one collected without quibble Helpful people to talk to if needed.and I cannot fault this company.”

“Disappointed. Have had several Humax products previously which were all great but this box was not very good. TV guide poor, sound issues, box frequently crashes and has to be turned off and on again and the remote was often completely non responsive.”
“I purchased the refurbished HDR1800T for use in our static caravan on site at Hornsea. It arrived the day after I ordered it and I took it over to the caravan and installed it without any problems it looks like new and works fine (before placing the order I enquired from Humax if it would work OK without an Internet connection and after being assured it would I went ahead with the purchase) I am really pleased with it and would be happy to recommend it.”
