“Picture and sound quality are good.Idid have an issue with the "pause live tv"function,and contacted customer support on several occasions,being offered solutions,none of which were satisfactory, being told the only way to solve it was to leave it permanently on standby once it was working,NOT GOOD!”
“This is the first time I have bought refurbished from Humax and I won't do so again. It is OK but when I first set it up it had no sound. The helpdesk said switch it off and back on again. That worked but the sound keeps going off intermittently - not good. I have liked all the previous Humax boxes I have had but this one falls short I am afraid,”
“Works OK but not as receptive to signals as other free view boxes had no luck when others got good signal quality and I had a big antenna too with booster gave to daughter in city she get OK signal from a community antenna crazy”
“I bought this box for my mother who had a Humax box for a number of years. I came as promised and packaged like new! She is very pleased with it as it is easy to use although it does take some time to come on but apparently all the Humax boxes do.”
