“A vast improvement on my previous PVR (PVR-9150T). I can now reliably record any Freeview channel without skips and loss of sync. The remote's mute button is poorly placed for convenient use and some of the menu layouts are not to my liking. Hopefully I'll get used to them. I'm glad I have a Scart output available, though inferior, I'm still using an 80's 22in CRT TV!”
“I would never recommend ordering a humax box directly from the manufacturer . I was constantly emailing them and getting no reply. I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes at a time and some times , got so frustrated I put the phone down . I waited nearly a whole month to sort out a return for my box and get a refund . I finally had a refund and went somewhere else . Would definitely not recommend them . Very unhappy customer”
“THIS REFURBISHED HDR WAS FAULTY FROM THE START. IT SEIZED UP (BUTTONS STOPPED WORKING) 4 TIMES IN THE FIRST TWO DAYS OF USE SO ALL RECORDINGS FAILED. THIS FAULTY ITEM RETURNED TO HUMAX ON 14 SEPT 2018 BUT TO DATE (30 SEPT) I'M STILL AWAITING A REFUND. I HAVE NOW PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HDR-1800T FROM ARGOS WHICH WORKS WELL . I DON'T RECOMMEND HUMAX REFURBISHED MACHINE.S”
