“paid direct for RL-108 huxam remote with first class delivery postage with order. it arrived 10 later.taslked at length with humax regards deleivery delay. they were unresponsive with all sorts of excuses coupled with differring tracking info. Most confusiing. each promise to call mr back was Not kelp. Silence is golden and seems to be a Humax corp rule, eventually replacement remote arrived and yes you have guessed it it did NOT contain any set up instructions. called humax to get sep up instructions and got a lot of techibal gobby gook. had to use google to search setup instructions. and yes we got their in the end.
Note to Humax. when you tell the customer you will ring them back - do so. included a simple reset tv mote instructions.
