“The remote worked after a great deal of effort. The instructions supplied do not include a process that pairs the remote with your Humax. After a lot of googling I found the process and all is now ok. Please add this process to the instructions you send with the remote.”
“I've had no problems with previous purchases this item but this time the power key is not 100% This is the third purchase of this item in the lifetime of the parent player/recorder.”
“My original remote was never the best, had a dodgy power button. After maybe 7 years it had become problematic so purchased a replacement. No cheap at best part of £30 but it was delivered super fast and once I figured out codes, etc., we were flying. Remote is a replacement for an existing remote, so it doesn't do anything new, except the power button on the replacement doesn't stick. Even though expensive for a remote, I recommended the Humax for a Humax box, certainly an assured solution rsther than messing about with cheap imposters that simply don't do the job. Very pleased with my Humax remote. Recommended.”
