“This bread is lovely. Quite heavy, so although a slice is quite small it is very satisfying and such a low carb count. Just great. Expensive but I don't that that much and have frozen a lot of the loaf for later use.”

We’re sorry you haven’t found our bread to your liking. Alas, making low-carb bread products (especially ones that taste and feel like real bread) comes with its own unique challenges. Our bread slices weigh approx. the same amount as regular thin bread slices, but are higher in protein and fibre than ordinary bread.
