Hi, We’re sorry you haven’t found our bread to your liking. Alas, making low carb bread products (especially ones the taste and feel like real bread) comes with its own unique set of challenges. Our bread slices weigh approx. the same amount as regular thin bread slice, but are higher in protein and fibre than ordinary bread, making it better for the consumer even without the low carb benefit.
