Although the fact that our Heylo Artisan Seeded Loaf is freshly baked is what makes it so delicious and fluffy, it does also mean that every loaf is unique and sometimes holes can develop in the baking process.

“I received my order a few days after making my purchase, unfortunately the loaves had developed mold. I know this is a common thing with the ingredients used as ive had the same problem with other low carb bread makers. I contacted the company by email and was delt with swiftly and sent out a new batch! The customer service is second to none and to make it all worth while the bread tastes absolutely amazing!! The best bar far and so little carbs.”

“The best low carb bread I've eaten. Really good chewy texture and nice flavour. It toasts really well too without becoming "cardboardy". It tastes like an ordinary seeded loaf. Slices are quite small, but just means you can eat more of them!”
