“I've had several attempts at making a suitable, low-carb bread with varying degrees of non-success but eventually gave up and settled on what I perceived to be the best available commercially. During a recent trip to Canada, I came across a normal sized seeded loaf at approx 2g carbs per slice. It was wonderful except that, not only did it become very crumbly when toasted, it wasn't available in the UK. Then...I tried the Heylo seeded loaf. This toasted beautifully and tasted great so I immediately cancelled my subscription with my previous supplier - Seriously. I'm currently monitoring the Heylo delivery model prior to ordering on subscription. So far, so good.”
