“The taxi was booked four 4 passengers and 4 suitcases. As it turned out only 3 people travelled but we struggled to fit the suitcases in the boot of the car. The driver was waiting at the airport as promised but seemed reluctant to assist in lifting the suitcases into the boot of the car. We are a couple in our 70’s and found it difficult to lift the suitcases .”
