“Unfortunately the ' Executive' car we paid for was an old tired Mercedes, with I'm guessing requiring new Shock absorber and it's exhaust fastening. They were punctual, and got us to our destination safely. However, wouldn't have paid the extra if I'd known the car was so 'tired'”
