“Arrived on time , followed instructions on voucher,rep was waiting however had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up (in the heat outside) , driver was texting a lot when driving, advertised as a car transfer however was a clapped out mini van which smelt and had a major cracked windscreen and the seats were not secure .emailed holiday taxis on the day of transfer with our issues, no response to date”

I had left one of my bag belongings in the taxi at 5am hotel drop off but the company kindly sent the taxi driver back to my hotel to drop off my belongings.
