When we arrived at Istanbul we were expecting a private car for 2 pax to take us to Hilton Bomonti. There wasn't anyone waiting with our name, and we waited for 90 minutes with loads of other people for our transfer. We were finally taken in a mini bus along with several other disgruntled passengers. We were all on the ITT conference so I assume there have been lots of other complaints.”
