“We were stood outside Istanbul airport terminal for forty minutes because Tefen Travel transfer was forty minutes late. The process can only be described as organised chaos whilst we waited for our transfer vehicle to arrive. Other transfer companies were picking up travellers along with local taxis while we were told repeatedly that our vehicle “is on its way “. The five seater mini van was really old and it vibrated throughout the journey leaving us feeling ill. Our verdict, poor value for money and a bad start to our holiday.”
