This was an absolute life saver in Scotland. Midges were everywhere, landing on the dogs and us. Sprayed the dogs down and rubbed it in their fur and sprayed in my hand to wipe across their faces. Kept the midges away for just over an hour before having to reapply. Worked better than smidge and Avon on us humans too! Smell is strong but you get used to it and it’s better to stink than be swarmed!

Lovely stuff! For years I've been on a mission to find something that is a) effective against ticks & fleas b) harmless to my dog and c) has a bearable smell. So pleased to have found Cedarcide. I personally love the smell and my dog has no aversion to it (I spray it onto my palms and apply it to his fur). I've also used it myself to repel gnats on walks. It's been a few weeks now and so far we've both been bug-free! Here's hoping it continues to be available in the UK. Highly recommended.

Had a nightmare with cat fleas this year. Flea drops were ineffective but I didn't want to overdose the cat with any more toxic chemicals, so I bought a small spray bottle of Cedarcide. Used it to spray the carpets and put a little on the flea comb so I could comb it through her fur. Managed to get rid of dozens in the first week, so I bought a bigger bottle for future use. I like the fact it's a natural deterrent and I love the smell of cedar. It is a strong scent when first sprayed but I find that it soon dissipates.

Bought this because the fleas on my cat seem to have become immune to traditional flea drops treatments (either that or the long hot summer has led to an explosion of fleas!). Didn't want to overuse toxic chemicals for the sake of my pet and myself, so I've been spraying cedarcide on my carpets and gently combing it through my cat's fur with the flea comb. Seen a definite improvement - seems to immobilise the fleas. Strong cedar smell (which I like) but it soon subsides.

This works well keeps the ticks where the oil is sprayed but they will attach if you have missed a bit. It also kept the mozzies away from me. The spray top gets clogged up and stopped working after one use but we soaked it in warm water and it worked again. The dogs hate it and behave as if you are spraying them with acid but it keeps the critters off them

Seems to work. No bites since applying, what more can you ask for.
