“Appalling customer service. Paid for early delivery, it turned up two hours late and minus part of the order. When it did arrive driver said he wasn’t required to deliver by a particular time. They did at least warn that it would be late. Grass was beautiful, weed free, great condition. Next delivery about a month later was of awful quality. Many coarse grasses, some weeds, turf so dry as to be very fragile, just terrible. No answer (ever) from so called customer services, when I did get through I was told the newer grass would just blend in! They then said to send in an email with photos, which I did immediately. Had then to chase 3 or 4 times for an answer, eventually someone said they would give me an answer over the weekend, never heard from them again. I wrote to tell them I would be getting my money back from my card provider, even then no response. Dreadful service, very mixed quality grass.”

“Overall very pleased with the delivery and jubilee turf that we received at the end of April 2021. However, I was initially worried about quality and consistency as we found 1 pallet of turf to be thick, lush and damp, whilst the other 2 were bone dry and came up smaller and thinner probably due to shrinkage. A few turfs were also too thin to use, with almost no soil attached which we discarded. We watered well and regularly and now 2 weeks after being laid, the lawn looks fabulous. It has rooted, and is a lush green. Just mowed it and it is exceeds my expectations.”

“I had 2 lawns to resurface, and did the job myself, so split the required turf into 3 orders. Obviously, with issues that can occur when 3rd party delivery companies are used, this multiplied the risk! There were indeed delivery issues (due to the delivery company). But, it is not what problems occur, so much as how they are dealt with by the supplier. I am satisfied that the suppliers 'made it right', so can recommend them for that. The Jubilee turf is excellent, and I am happy that I decided to invest in this, rather than go with my initial plan of sowing seed myself. I have had many compliments from passing neighbours about the turf, including one who called it 'spectacular'! Anyway, I would buy it again, and recommend it.”

“Lush, thick, nice green grass. Arrived at good time and very good condition. Delivery onto shady spot on driveway was quick and simple - good experienced driver. Laid on the hottest weekend and didn't get enough water on it for two days (my fault !). Three weeks into dry spell with regular watering sorted - looks great ! Big thanks.”

“Very pleased with our purchase. The 5% “leeway” the order process generated meant that we had more than enough turf to cover the area we were laying as new; the surplus was used to patch up other ares of an existing lawn. The turves were good and healthy and, with benefit of recent rain, are knitting together nicely. Would use Turfonline again.”

“It's good! My soil was not prepared perfectly by any means, but the lawn has now taken, two weeks in, and it's lush and green, and I mowed it for the first time as well. Special mention to the delivery guy who was hugely helpful and really nice to deal with on a stressful day.”
