“Lovely grass, I first purchased back in October, to turf most of my back garden as I was in the middle of refurbing it, it laid really well and looks lovely, I then finished the garden so wanted to finish off the lawn area, I only needed 7.5 so mtrs and thought you wouldn't deliver so I picked up turf from b&q, after laying it i could see the difference straight away, not a patch on the jubilee turf, so I went online and had 10 sq mtrs delivered, much better. Looks amazing really pleased, would highly recommend great service great turf.”

“So I have been sending emails from day one of receiving my order to your company with photos showing that my turf turned up at least 50%brown and dead.I started to get a response but now nobody is answering my emails.I think this is appalling as I sent the photos required on 3 occasions and was offered some liquid to make it green!!! How can dead grass be made green??? This is bad customer service on your part as I have been very patient but feel that I have been let down Yours Lynne Cork”

“So disappointed. Had arranged for time off and had removed the old turf in preparation for the delivery, only for the turf not to be delivered on the contracted date. The turf eventually arrived 3 days late. I had been advised by Turf Online that the turf had then been in a lorry for 6 days and not to use it. Cancelled the order.”

“We bought turf for a new front lawn and it was absolutely spot on. Best turf i've ever used and 10 days on it looks great! Would highly recommend, and will be back in the future for sure!”
